Opened on April 4th 2023, Bulgari Hotel Tokyo is the eighth gem of the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts collection, bringing the brand’s contemporary Italian style and glamour to the capital of Japan. 

Occupying the top floors of an ultra-skyscraper in the heart of the Yaesu district, the hotel overlooks the Imperial Palace Gardens while offering stunning views of Tokyo city and Mount Fuji.

Il Ristorante – Niko Romito 

Located on the 40th floor of the Hotel, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito seats up to 62 indoors and 34 outdoors. Though the space incorporates Japanese design elements like the curved wood ceiling, the menu is classic Niko Romito with its contemporary expression of authentic Italian cuisine. Dishes such as Antipasto all’Italiana and Cotoletta alla Milanese capture the elegance and artistry of Chef’s Made in Italy approach, and establish new codes for a modern canon of Italian culture.

Sushi Hōseki – Kenji Gyoten Restaurant

With a name inspired by its Bulgari legacy — hōseki is the Japanese word for jewels ― this traditional omakase experience has just 8 seats, and will open under the direction of sushi chef Kenji Gyoten, three-star sushi chef at Sushi Gyoten in Fukuoka. It is a temple devoted to the ritual of Japanese dining, and features impeccable design elements and views onto a tiny zen garden.

IMPERIAL PALACE AND GARDENS

Home to the Emperor, the Imperial Palace and its Gardens are one of the most iconic sites in Japan. A 10-to-15-minute walk away, the palace is divided into the Inner Palace Grounds and the Imperial Palace East Gardens. The East Gardens, open to the public all year round, is the perfect place to recharge within the thriving city. During the enchanting cherry blossom season, Chidorigafuchi invites admirers to revel in the breathtaking spectacle of blooming sakura.

TOKYO STATION
